According to the 02.03.2000 Act “On the protection of the rights of the consumers and the liability for the damage caused by a hazardous product” (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland 2000 No 22, item 271 with further amendments), the Client may resign the ware bought in our store without giving a reason in the time-limit of 10 days after receiving the parcel, on condition that:
- The ware was not against order
- The ware is not damaged
- The ware does not bare any signs of exploitation and remains in the original packaging and has document bundle
The consumer who did report backing out of the contract within the time-limit, is bounded to send off the ware on their own expense. In the juncture of damaging the packaging, the Seller discounts 15% of the order’s value to buy the new packaging and for the costs connected with it; the Buyer bears the costs of delivery and the responsibility for the damages caused during the return transport of the claimed ware.
To the claimed ware you should attach:
- Signed copies of the correcting bill with the date, which will be sent via e-mail after having informed us about the return
- The number of the bank account to which the amount due the claimed ware should be returned
The return of the payment to the Client will take place up to 7 days, counting from the day we receive the claimed ware, in a form of a money transfer to the given bank account. The store reserves the right to choose the form of returning the payment to the client.
Any personal data obtained during the store’s activity are confidential and in no case and in no form will not be revealed to other people or other entities, according to the 29.08.1997 Act “on the protection of personal data.” According to this Act, the Clients are entitled to the insight of their data, its correction and filing the demand to cease its usage.
