Over 40 years of presence in the market of manufacturers of sprayer accessories has allowed us to introduce a wide range of accessories and components for field sprayers. Our offer includes a wide range of spare parts: nozzles, heads and bodies, fittings, accessories for liquid fertilizers, filters, pumps, distributors, flow meters.
Research and Development Center
Our products undergo specialized tests in the
Research and Development Center, equipped with advanced high-precision measuring devices:
- CMM gate measuring with accuracy up to 3 microns,
- groove table allowing for testing the actual transverse distribution of liquid on the sprayer boom in accordance with ISO standards,
- precision CNC measuring microscope measuring with accuracy
up to 1 nanometer, - device for programming and calibrating the flow meter.
Modern Machine Park
Systematic investments in the machine park have resulted in the creation of production infrastructure currently comprising 19 modern injection molding machines from the Austrian company Engel, which are used to produce, among other things, ceramic nozzles or seals and membranes made of innovative Verdesil material.

In recent years, we have consistently implemented an export development strategy. Our offer is available in over 30 countries in Europe and South America. We are constantly expanding our reach, reaching the farthest corners of the world such as Brazil or Uruguay.

Establishment of tool shop
In 2019, a Tool Shop was established, equipped with high-class EDM machines, milling machines and a modern 5-axis turning-milling center, which enabled the production of precise injection molds.

Expansion into foreign markets
As one of the elements of the long-term policy of expansion into foreign markets, a company was established in Ukraine in 2017 and a company in Germany in 2019.

2015
Marcin Łopąg takes over the company
On January 1, 2015, Kazimierz Łopąg passed the company to his son, and since then it has operated under the name Agroplast Marcin Łopąg.

Ceramic nozzles
Focusing on seeking market opportunities and implementing innovative solutions, Agroplast in 2014, as the first company in Poland and one of few in the world, introduced ceramic nozzles for sale, characterized by excellent resistance to abrasion and washing out.

2005
Investments and dynamic company development
In 2005, a series of investments and organizational changes carried out by Marcin Łopąg contributed to the dynamic development of the business. The P-100 Pump was introduced to the market, and in subsequent years the plant was expanded, creating space for pump assembly.

First advertising leaflet
The company's offer was developing with subsequent products. In 2001, the plant was already producing 34 spare parts for sprayers. The first advertising leaflet was created at that time.

Plant relocation
Relocation of the plant to Lubelska Street in Sawin, where the current company headquarters is located.

1987
New production plant
In 1987, a new production plant was built on Brzeska Street. Production of subsequent parts began - including ordinary, through and end fittings, disk and vortex insert, and shut-off valve.

1983
Company establishment
Kazimierz Łopąg established a business in Sawin under the name Plastic Processing Plant. In a garage on Kościelna Street, the production of the first products began on injection molding machines constructed independently by the company owner.
Distribution
The company cooperates with most sprayer manufacturers in Poland, supplying them with necessary components for machine production. Agroplast products are widely available as spare parts in traditional distribution channels through specialized wholesalers and stores with spare parts for agricultural machinery. Its quality enjoys great recognition among farmers.
In recent years, Agroplast has consistently implemented an export development strategy.
As a result, the company is now proud of a high export rate in its sales structures (almost 50%) and cooperation with over 30 countries around the world, including Germany, Spain, Ukraine, United States, Uruguay, Greece, Croatia, Romania.
Agroplast's 40 years of experience combined with the location of factories in Poland confirm that its offer is very competitive compared to the offer of other sprayer accessory manufacturers in the country and abroad.
Thanks to production based on Polish and foreign plastics, the final products have high mechanical properties and aesthetic finish. New products are sold according to market needs, which confirms the brand establishment and customer references in Poland and abroad.
