Description

The set includes Control units HD with electric valves and conrol box 5-section:

CONTROL UNITS HD WITH ELECTRIC VALVES

Convenient operation and accurate liquid dosing – section valves and main electric control valve operation can be managed directly from the operator’s cab.
Robust construction – housing made of specially reinforced copolymer, highly resistant to mechanical damage.
Superior sealing – seals made of innovative Verdesil material (silicone-based) ensure excellent system tightness.
Full compatibility – the control unit is compatible with both ISOBUS systems and other agricultural rate controllers.
Stable system pressure – boom section valves with regulated return flow ensure
constant nozzle pressure – even when individual sections are switched off.
Electric proportional control valve equipped with Ø25 mm inlet connection from the pump and Ø32 mm straight ejector-type on overflow.
Maximum pressure adjustment – main electric control valve with adjustable pressure relief valve includes a manually operated diaphragm valve for maximum pressure setting.
Electric proportional control valve – available in two versions: yellow (for use with manual
control panels) and grey (for use with computers). Enables precise working pressure setting
and guarantees stable system operation, enhancing spraying efficiency.
Universal mounting – main electric control valve, electric proportional control valve and section valves can be mounted via standard flanged connections; electrical connection via 3-pin DIN connector nr 43650.
Elektrovalve set – section electric valves available in blocks of 3, 4, 5, 7, or 9 sections,
with straight plug Ø12.5 mm; optional straight plugs Ø16 mm or Ø20 mm (with 1” nut-type
connection).
Stainless steel filter – filter mesh available in three density options: MESH 50, MESH 80,and MESH 100.
Opening time – 0,3 s, closing time - 1s.
