The orders for ware offered in the store are accepted through the order system on the website in the form of an e-mail and are considered obliging.
All the orders are calculated in PLN. Any returns will be carried out also in this currency.
The order forms should be properly filled, that is why in any case of any doubts, the order sent to us from a new Client is confirmed by phone or via e-mail. The orders from Clients who have already made purchases in our store will be confirmed only via e-mail. The orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the whole year. The orders placed on working days after 3.30pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be carried out the next working day.
If necessary, our advisors will eagerly help you introduce changes to your order. The changes can be introduced within 60 minutes after placing the order.
At the juncture of Agroplast company not being able to carry out the order, it will return the whole value of the order to the client. In case of paying with a credit card or bank transfer, the money will be returned directly to the client’s account via bank transfer. In case of payments made with cash or post transfer, the returns will be executed via bank transfer.
The deliveries are executed by DPD company. After placing the order, Agroplast company passes on the shipping number and the contact number to the DPD courier.
Agroplast company reserves the right to withdraw particular items from the sale. In case of larger orders Agroplast company reserves the right to carry them out in separate parcels, however the shipping cost will be calculated only once. After discharging the payment, the Client is entitled to check the parcel in the presence of the courier.
The claims concerning mechanical damages caused during the transport will be investigated in the moment of receiving the ware in the presence of forwarding agent. The condition of accepting such a claim is writing down the claim protocol (the courier has proper forms).
The ordered ware is dispatched as an insured courier parcel maximally within 2 working days after we receive the payment the next day, unless there was a different delivery date given in the product description. In case of the item being out of stock, the Client is immediately informed about this fact and the elongated time of carrying out the order connected with it.
Along with the parcel, the available documentation and the original proof of purchase – the receipt or the value-added tax bill are delivered; the confirmation of order acceptance and other data is sent via e-mail.
